Common description
Located on the side of a mountain with wonderful views over the Mediterranean, this contemporary hotel offers the ideal setting to enjoy a fun-filled family holiday. Visitors might take a day trip to Lindos or Simi, as guests can catch the ferry from nearby Faliraki beach, or view the famous city sights of Rhodes after just a twenty-minute drive. Alternatively, guests might stay in the area to enjoy a variety of water sports at the beach or simply relax by the shimmering outdoor pool with a drink from the pool bar, while children play on the playground and in the children's pool. The hotel's spacious guest rooms are modern and simply furnished, each with a balcony and sea, mountain or garden views. Guests can enjoy delicious buffet meals in the hotel restaurant and take advantage of the hotel's many services and facilities including a fitness centre, tennis court, minimarket and car rental.
Services for children
Eco-Room or Economy-room: These rooms are for you who prefer the cheapest solution, at the same time they are for you who are flexible in relation to the fact that these rooms may differ from the pictures shown on the website. In some cases, they may differ in terms of location, decor, size and facilities compared to what is described in the hotel text. Including whether there is a balcony. A balcony is generally only guaranteed if it is stated in the name of the room itself, eg "Double Room with Balcony".
Off-season: Travel For example, outside the normal summer season, which typically runs from April to October, there may be facilities that are not open. It is up to each individual hotel whether these are open or not.
Fees: Unless we have specifically written "free" in the hotel text about e.g. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe box, etc., there will normally be fees paid directly to the hotel.
Check-in / check-out: Upon arrival, you can expect check-in at 14. Check-out is usually at 12, some hotels have an earlier check-out (ask at reception).
In some hotels, it is possible to rent your room for longer against direct payment.
Ecotax: In several destinations, the authorities charge an "ECOTAX". The income from this is used to neutralize the increased CO2 emissions caused by the tourism industry. The tax is paid by all overnight tourists and is calculated based on the hotel's category. The amount is typically somewhere between 1-5 euros per person over the age of 16 per night. Unfortunately, this is not something that we as a travel agency can include in the price of the trip, as it is only the accommodation that must collect and settle on to the authorities. Settlement mostly takes place at check-out, but can also be at check-in.

Utenom sesong: Hvis du reiser utenom den vanlige sommersesongen, som normalt varer fra april til oktober, kan enkelte fasiliteter være stengt. Det er opp til hvert enkelt hotell å avgjøre hvilke fasiliteter som er åpne.
Gebyrer: Med mindre vi spesifikt har skrevet "gratis" i hotellteksten, f.eks. for Wi-Fi, klimaanlegg, safe osv., vil det vanligvis påløpe gebyrer som betales direkte til hotellet.
Innsjekking/utsjekking: Ved ankomst kan du forvente innsjekking tidligst fra kl. 14.00. Utsjekking er vanligvis kl. 12.00, men enkelte hoteller har tidligere utsjekking (spør i resepsjonen).
På noen hoteller er det mulig å leie rommet lenger mot direkte betaling.
Økotaks: På flere reisemål krever myndighetene en "Økotaks". Inntektene brukes til å kompensere for de økte CO2-utslippene forårsaket av turistnæringen. Avgiften betales av alle overnattende gjester og beregnes ut fra hotellets kategori. Beløpet ligger vanligvis mellom 1–5 euro per person over 16 år per natt. Dette er dessverre ikke noe vi som reisebyrå kan inkludere i reisens pris, da det kun er overnattingsstedet som har lov til å innkreve og videreføre avgiften til myndighetene. Betaling skjer som regel ved utsjekking, men kan også kreves ved innsjekking.
